About MagentaBean
My name is Anna, but I also go by MagentaBean. I’m sometimes referred to as Magenta, Bean, or Beanie. I’ll respond to all and they are all me! I’m centered on the East Coast of the US, and I started streaming during the quarantine in December of 2020.
I consider myself an artist, a writer, gamer, and person of many interests. I usually focus on gaming streams these days, but I still create many things during my time offline.
Encouraged by my brother, I started streaming because I wanted to share all the things I love with others while also finding a new way to socialize during a time when socialization was at a minimum due to the pandemic. The underlying idea was: “I’m playing games and making art anyway, so I might as well do it in front of an audience and spread some joy in the meantime.”
Now that I’ve been streaming for a few months, I feel like I’m finally getting used to it. There are still some bumps along the way, but it has become an exhilarating adventure that I look forward to every week.
Moving forward, I will be continuing my game streams with occasional added events, art streams, and more. I aim to grow the channel and the brand to begin offering more for my viewers and special rewards for my subscribers. The future of the channel, however, relies on my financial situation, so if things take a turn for the worse, I cannot guarantee that it will last, although I hope it will.
I never expect financial support from my viewers, but if someone wants to help support the channel and the content I create, it is always appreciated. Making donations, subscribing to the channel, and purchasing products from the store page are all ways you can help out if you want, but I never want anyone to feel pressured to do so.

Streaming is only half playing games in front of an audience. The other half is culminating a community where people can interact with the streamer and each other through social media.
On Twitch, I strive to build a friendly, safe community environment where everyone can feel welcome and cared for. This is something I want to carry on through all other social media platforms for the sake of our community.
